BACKGROUND

I am from Chicago. At age 16, I learned about the term ‘BDSM’ in My Psychology class. I was extremely curious. I did my own research on BDSM. I was intrigued by the images I stumbled upon on the internet. I was completely drawn to it. None of my friends knew. When I turned 18, I decided that this is the life I wanted to be a part of. I wanted to be properly trained.
 
In 2000 (right after high school), I was lucky enough to be introduced to a married couple in the scene. They were eager to train Me; take me under their wing. They took me to a few dungeon parties. I’ll never forget the first parties I’ve attended. Instantly, I knew, “This is it! This is the life I want to be a part of. The wonderful world of BDSM.”
 
A year later (2001), I decided I wanted to become a Dominatrix. From 2001-2004, I worked at  commercial dungeons in Chicago. In the Summer of 2004, I decided I wanted to be an Independent Dominatrix. At the same time, I dabbled in Fetish Modeling, the Performance Arts, and working with a couple of fetish film producers. In 2006, I began throwing fetish parties. The parties were held 1-2x’s a month. My events lasted from 2006-2015.
 
I’ve been published, and I am honored to have worked with many talented photographers. With the performance arts, I’ve performed in: Chicago, NYC, L.A. Detroit, Tampa, Montreal, Munich, etc etc. At the same time, I had worked on making movies & hosting sessions. In 2007, I created Bizarre Cinema. To this day, I make kinky fetish flicks.

Xena: Life as a Dominatrix is a story spanning almost 20 years. It chronicles my personal challenges that I have endured. Essentially, the ability to balance the fantasy with the reality of living this lifestyle. The book was therapeutic to write. It is the journal of early childhood to My present day. My story offers insight into the realm of BDSM; offering exploration on human sexuality, fetishes, and the exciting world of BDSM.
